Board of Commissioners
Duties and Responsibilities The Board of Commissioners acts as a supervisory and monitoring body for the overall operations of the Company. In addition to its supervisory role, the Board of Commissioners also provides advice and recommendations to the Board of Directors on the management and strategy of the Company, including the implementation of corporate governance principles.
Composition The Board of Commissioners consists of four members, two of whom serve as Independent Commissioners. There have been no changes in the composition of the Board of Commissioners after the end of the 2023 fiscal year until the deadline for submitting the 2023 Annual Report.
