Role and Responsibility
The Board of Directors is given the responsibility to manage company’s operations by the shareholders. Members of the Board of Directors are appointed based on knowledge, skills, and experiences. Each and every member of the Board of Directors is responsible for the company’s performance, including the creation of business strategy, work plan, annual budget, and risk management. All work programs are executed with approval from the Board of Commissioners.
Composition
The Board of Directors consists of four members, one of which are Independent Directors. The current Board of Directors’ term of office will end at the General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020.
