Jakarta: Property development company PT Megapolitan Development Tbk (EMDE) is targeting sales of Rp45 billion from the Indonesia Property Expo (IPEX) 2018 event.

As for the three days during the event, the company recorded achieving its sales target of 100 percent during the 2018 IPEX event at JCC. "It's only been three days that the sales target has reached 100 percent. In January the MD target of all projects reached 130 percent," Megapolitan Development & Marketing Director Desi Yuliana told medcom.id, Thursday, February 8, 2018.

Meanwhile, IPEX 2018 is an exhibition held to celebrate the 68th Anniversary of BTN on February 9. In the BTN annual housing party held at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), there were 868 housing projects from 152 developers in Indonesia.

"The event, which was participated in by the company from 3 to 11 February 2018, opened investment opportunities ranging from Rp3 million.
