Lulu Hypermarket Enliven Vivo Sentul Mall

PT Megapolitan Developments Tbk., (EMDE) cooperates with Lulu Hypermarket as a tenant in a retail project that is included in the Sentul VIVO superblock.

EMDE Managing Director Ronald Wihardja said he had persuaded a large franchiser from the Middle East Lulu Hypermarket to open its outlets for the Bogor market and beyond. This collaboration was realized through the signing of the MOU by Managing Director Ronald Wihardja and L Melani Lowas President Director of PT Megapolitan Development Tbk with representatives from Lulu on January 8, 2018 at the Megapolitan Developments Jakarta head office

"This cooperation is expected to have a very positive impact on both parties, because the Bogor market is considered to have a very good share and the development of the region has bright prospects," he said through an official statement Tuesday (9/1).

EMDE is currently developing a sentul vivo superblock where in mid 2018 it will conduct a galleria and vivo mall soft opening and Vivo walk.

Vivo Sentul is an integrated area in Sentul, Bogor with an area of ​​17 hectares.
